Common leg issues include:

Heavy, tired legs.

Achy legs: a painful feeling that can be experienced both inside and outside the legs

Puffy legs: when your legs are visibly more puffy, than usual.

Visible varicose veins: When your veins are dilated, they often cause swelling and appear blue, stringy and visible through the skin.

A Tingling sensation in the legs.

Calf cramps: this is a spasm of your leg muscles and often happens at night and can be very painful.

Painful joints: both knees and ankles can feel sore when standing, moving around or when touched.
