Diet: busy lifestyles mean that it’s all too easy to reach for a microwave meal or pick up some fast food. The problem is that convenience foods often contain too much fat, too much salt and too little fiber, which can affect our legs.

By making a few changes in our diet, we can make a massive difference to our overall health and the strain we place on our legs on a daily basis.
