Leg issues - lifestyle factors

Clothing: wearing tight clothing with constricting sleeve bands, or choosing shoes with high heels or rigid soles, can trigger leg issues as they reduce the work of the muscle pump or might even completely deactivate it. Instead, choose loose-fitting clothing and comfortable shoes that allow the skin to breathe and enable maximum movement, helping to actively support the work of the muscle pump in the legs.
